The first thing you should do is contact your friend and check to see if the funds were sent using your U.S. mobile number or email address.


Then, log into your online & mobile banking account and visit your Zelle activity. Is the transaction pending? If you see the funds there, it may take some time to be available in your account, depending on your friends financial institution.


If you do not see the transaction pending in your Zelle activity, you will need to check your Zelle settings to make sure the same U.S. mobile number and/or email address your friend used to send you money is enrolled in your Zelle account.
