If you believe you have fulfilled the terms of the offer, have used your primary checking account debit card to make the purchase, and it has been more than 45 days since your purchase or have completed your hotel stay please contact Easy Support with the details of the offer including the transaction date and the amount of purchase. You may also be asked to supply the transaction receipt and, in the case of hotel bookings, the itinerary ID.
If it has been more than 45 days since your purchase or have completed your hotel stay. please proceed to open a secure message in Easy Support with the following:
- The earned summary amount – please provide the amount listed on your earn summary in the Purchase Rewards feature.
- Merchant Offer – please provide the Merchant you added to your Purchase Rewards, the expiration date of your offer and the qualification instructions.
- Cashback – tell us if you received an unexpected amount or if you never received the credit.
- Transaction details – date of transaction and the receipt if you have it.
- Any other information that would help us solve your Purchase Reward dispute.
We will then open a case with Purchase Rewards and research your Purchase Reward dispute. Purchase Reward disputes are typically resolved in 3-5 business days.
