For ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions, you can only add one transaction per dispute filed due to uniqueness of ACH transaction types.

For all other transaction types, you can add more than one of the same types of transaction for the same reason per dispute case.

For example, if you are filing a dispute for an unauthorized debit card purchase, the transaction type you can add successfully to your dispute case must be a debit card transaction. You cannot add a person-to-person (Zelle) transaction. You will need to file a separate case for a different dispute type or dispute reason.

To add more than one debit card or person to person transaction to your dispute, you can select “Yes” on Step 3 before you continue. Or simply select the “+Add Transactions” call to action on Step 4 at the bottom of the screen.

Remember, the transactions you add must align with the same dispute reason. If you would like to dispute a transaction for a different reason, you must submit a separate case.
