Generally, the Bank is responsible for investigating and resolving disputes on transactions that may be unauthorized or processed in error. The most common transactions that are disputed include online debit card transactions, ATM withdrawals, and recurring debits.
Unfortunately, the Bank cannot help with concerns that you may have with the item or service that you authorized/purchased. Those types of challenges must be resolved with the merchant directly.
