Visit your Settings in the Notification menu in your desktop online banking at RepublicBank.com or select the Bell icon if you are on your mobile devices' mobile browser at RepublicBank.com.
1. To add an alert in your Alerts & Notification settings, select the + Add an Alert option in top right of the feature.
2. Which alert would you like to add? Select the blue link from the alerts presented in the menu.
3. For this example, we will add the Balance update. Select Balance update. The Balance update alert will then add to your alert list below.
4. You can customize your Balance update for each of your accounts at Republic Bank by customizing the frequency and which account you'd like to receive the update.
Select the blue carrot menu to change the frequency of your update.
Select the drop down menu and select when you want the update and on what day of the week.
In this example you would receive a balance update twice a month on the 15th and the last day of the month.
5. If you have multiple Republic Bank accounts, select the account that you wish to receive the balance update by selecting the blue carrot menu with the last 4 digits of your account number.
In this example, you would receive a balance update twice a month on the 15th and end of month for your checking account.
6. You have the option to receive this alert type as a Text Message from 45-45-45 and/or an email.
By checking the box under the Envelope icon, you are agreeing to receive your customized account alert type to your email address enrolled in the Account Alerts & Notification feature. By checking the box under the speech blurb icon, you are agreeing to receive your customized account alert type as a text message to the mobile phone number enrolled in the Account Alerts & Notification feature.
You can uncheck or check these delivery methods anytime based on your preference of how you want to receive the alert type.
Add as many or as few account alerts as you want. We also Account Push Notifications available in the Republic Bank Mobile app if you prefer to receive push notifications for your account updates.
