To sign up for Account Alerts & Notification, log into desktop online banking at RepublicBank.com with your credentials. You can also use your mobile device and log in using your mobile browser.


1. Select Notifications in the top right menu. Your mobile browser will present a bell icon and desktop online banking will present "Notifications."



2. Select Settings on the bottom of the Notification menu.

3. Change or Add your email address by selecting the Update under "Email alerts are sent to".


4. Add your email address and select Save. Your email address will save to begin receiving account alerts.


For enrolling your mobile number to receive account alerts as SMS text messages, mobile carriers require Republic Bank to confirm that you wish to receive text messages from us. 


To do this click Activate and we will send you a special code by text for you to enter.  Here are the steps below:


5. Next, add your mobile number in the text box and select Activate under "Text message alerts are sent to."



6. Enter the code you received as SMS text message from 45-45-45 to your mobile device you have added to activate for the service. Read the terms and select Accept to agree to the Mobile Verification Agreement.


7. If the code entered is correct and you have Accepted the Mobile Verification Agreement, you will receive a yellow confirmation message that you are now enrolled for Account Alerts & Notifications and begin adding your customized Account alerts. 



All of your Personal Online & Mobile Banking text message alerts received from the Republic Bank short code: 45-45-45 flow from Alerts & Notifications. Now, you can turn ON SMS Text Banking real-time Card Alerts. Visit Card Alerts & Controls in your My Accounts widget and select Alert Delivery Options to receive instant alerts when your debit or credit card is being used.
