You can customize the means in which you receive your Card Alerts*. You have 3 options to receive notification that your card is being used:
- Push notifications
- SMS Text* Message, and/or
- Email notification
To customize your card alert delivery options, you will need to visit the Card Alerts & Controls** feature and select "Alert Delivery Options" for the card you would like to customize. You can make changes to your debit or credit card alert delivery options in desktop online banking or in the app* experience.
Toggle ON or OFF push notifications, SMS text alerts, and email notifications. At least one alert delivery option must be enabled for each card.

* Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
** Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
