If your address on file was updated to your account recently, you can make changes to your contact information by opening a secure message in Easy Support, sending a faxed request, or visiting a local Republic Bank banking center.


If you visit a banking center location, all you will need is your updated government issued photo ID.


To proceed with an Easy Support request to update your address, phone number, or email address, follow the instructions below:



In your message, you will need to include the following: 


  • A written request to make a change to your contact information
  • Your full account number
  • Your new address, phone number, and/or email address 
  • An attached copy of a valid government issued photo ID


You can simply take a photo of your photo ID with your Camera app and attach the photo in the message by selecting the +Attach option.




You can also submit a faxed request to 502-561-7155 with your full name, account number, phone number, new address, a copy of a valid government issued photo ID and written request to make changes to your contact information on file.


Submitting the Update Contact Details form in online banking will result in a denied request if your address on file with Republic Bank is less than 30 days old.
