We recommend that you flatten the check as much a possible before depositing using the Mobile Deposit* feature. It might do well to place your check under a large book or smooth it out on the edge of a hard surface.
If the check is torn or ripped in half, especially where the check information is not legible, you will need to have the check reissued to prevent our check processor from rejecting your check.
