The first thing you should do is connect with the person sending you money and check to see if the funds were sent using your U.S. mobile number or email address, or you can check your payment notification - was the payment notification sent via email address or phone number?


Most of the time, it's likely the phone number they have listed in their phone contact list imported to Zelle® from their device. If you do not have your phone number listed in your Zelle® profile settings, it may delay receiving funds if the money is sent using your phone number until you get it added in your Republic Bank Zelle® profile. 


Check to see if you have the same phone number added to your Republic Bank Zelle® profile settings. Follow the steps linked below to add your phone number, if you need it.

Once you have verified your phone number or email address is added to your Zelle® profile, visit your Zelle® activity on the homepage to see if you have any pending activity.
