The Program is a discretionary program and not a contractual right or obligation guaranteed to you. We may pay Items when you do not have enough Available Balance in your Account, up to your Overdraft Honor Limit. Note that if your Overdraft Honor Limit is not sufficient to pay an Item, smaller subsequent Items may be paid from the Overdraft Honor Limit in the Posting Order.
