Republic Bank’s Anytime Account Access Line has been enhanced with automated voice authentication and virtual assistance! 


Beginning May 15, 2025, we have enhanced our authentication process when you call in for the Account Access Line or our Contact Center to better protect your account identity and provide you with even better client service.


To access your account through the Account Access Line, you will need to enter your

  • social security number,
  • date of birth, and
  • the last 4 digits of your account number

to authenticate your identity and hear Republic Bank’s Virtual Assistant recall information about your account(s).

 

When calling the Contact Center agent, you will need to enter your

  • social security number, and
  • date of birth

with Republic Bank’s Virtual Assistant before being directed to a live Contact Center agent for assistance with your account.

 

If you are unable to provide the above information to access your account, the Virtual Assistant will reach a representative in our Contact Center, who can help you access your account after further validation to confirm your identity.

 

Voice Authentication Access


When you’re enrolled in our new, secure Voice Authentication recognition service, you don’t have to remember a code to access your account by phone. Now, your voice can act as your password when you call the Account Access Line!


Our Voice Authentication service generates a voiceprint, much like face or fingerprint ID on modern mobile devices but using your voice. We’ll identify and use your voice characteristics- such as dialect, speed, volume, and tone - to verify your identity and allow you to securely access your account.


To enroll and set up your voice as your password, contact us at 888-584-3600. A Republic Bank associate in our Contact Center will be able to assist you in accessing Voice Authentication. After verifying your identity with our Contact Center, you will be transferred to Republic Bank’s Virtual Assistant to complete your Voice Authentication enrollment. 


Republic Bank’s Virtual Assistant will ask you to say “my voice is my password” to create your voiceprint and add it to your file. Please note, you may need to repeat this phrase (“my voice is my password”) up to five times to gather your biometric voice data.


You can then call Republic Bank’s 24/7 Account Access Line at 888-584-3644 to access your account information by phone using your voice and full social security number.


Unenroll or re-enroll from Voice Authentication at any time. If you have any recently updated account information - such as your phone number - on file, you may not be immediately eligible for Voice Authentication, and you may need to try to enroll again at a later date.
