If the transaction you are trying to dispute is over 6 months old, or if the grand total of the transaction(s) exceeds $5,000, the account is closed or charged off, please contact our Customer Service Center at 888-584-3644.
Disputes should be filed if they are unauthorized transactions or if they are transactions that have processing errors. Issues with the quality of the goods or services purchased must be resolved with the merchant directly.
