You can dispute Point of Sale (POS)/Non-ATM debit card, person to person (Zelle), ATM (Automated Teller Machine), and ACH transaction types online.
To dispute multiple transaction types, you must submit a separate dispute case for each type of transaction you need to dispute. The transactions you add must align with the same dispute reason. If you would like to dispute a transaction for a different reason, you must submit a separate case.
For example, if you need to dispute a debit card and a person to person (Zelle) transaction because they are unauthorized, you will need to submit 2 separate dispute cases and will receive 2 different case confirmation numbers.
