Yes, you can dispute a transaction with the bank if you were billed for a product or service you have previously cancelled. Be sure to provide the date that you cancelled/returned the product or service, be prepared to summarize your reason for your dispute in your own words and provide any important documentation to help us support your claim when you file the dispute.

 

The easiest way to file a dispute with Republic Bank is by visiting More Services in your Online & Mobile Banking account – select “Dispute a Transaction” or tap More in the Republic Bank Mobile app menu.
