You can dispute a transaction online or in the app at any time by selecting “Self-Service Center” in the More Services menu of the online banking experience on RepublicBank.com. From the Republic Bank Self-Service Center landing page, select "Dispute a Transaction". File a dispute in the Republic Bank Mobile Banking app* in the Services menu.
1. Hover over "More Services" and select "Self-Service Center."
2. Select the "Dispute a Transaction" form on the Republic Bank Self-Services landing page.
From the Republic Bank Mobile Banking app, tap "Services" on the bottom app menu, then tap "Self-Service Center". To begin a dispute, tap "Dispute a Transaction."
In some circumstances, we may require you to call a dispute specialist to file your case.
