You can request a new cardholder on your Republic Bank credit card by selecting your MasterCard in your My Accounts list in your Personal Online & Mobile Banking account.
1. On the EZcard menu, select Account Services., then select Add New Cardholder Account.
2. Fill out the information requested and select Send Request.
