To update your new phone number on file at Republic Bank, you will need to first log into your Republic Bank Personal Online & Mobile Banking account on a desktop or mobile browser.
In the blue navigation menu, select More Services and then select Update Contact Details under Online Forms.
Fill out your updated contact details and submit. We'll update your new information on your main file at Republic Bank.
You can select the Contact Details form at this link: Account & Card Management Forms. You may need to enter your Username and Password to log in before submitting the form.
You can also chat or contact us by phone during business hours to update your contact details on file with Republic Bank.
Once you submit the Contact Details form or give us a call to update it for you, be sure to update your Personal Online & Mobile Banking Login Security phone number to enable text or phone verification when logging into an unregistered device.
