An email address or mobile number can only be linked to ONE Zelle® account. 


If the email address or mobile number is already linked to another Zelle® account, you will be prompted to change your email address or mobile number OR to transfer the email address or mobile number from the existing Zelle® account to the new account. 


If you choose to transfer your email address or mobile number to another Zelle® account, the email address or mobile number you decided to transfer will no longer be available to send, request, or receive transactions through Zelle® at the existing financial institution.


Example: 502-555-5555 is linked to PNC Bank Zelle® and I want to link it to Republic Bank Zelle®. I will click TRANSFER and once 502-555-5555 is changed to Republic Bank Zelle®, it will no longer be available in PNC Bank Zelle®.
