If you know your card is lost, stolen, and/or compromised, please follow the 3 steps below.

1. Report your lost or stolen card immediately

  • To report a lost or stolen Republic Bank ATM or Debit Card, please immediately call 1-888-584-3600. You can also report your card lost or stolen using Card Alerts & Controls*, available in the Services menu of Republic Bank Online & Mobile Banking**.

2. Order a new debit card

  • If you report your card lost or stolen using Card Alerts & Controls, the feature will order a new card to your address on file - and while you wait you can request a security token to view your new debit card digitally if you need it. 
  • You can also order a new debit card by contacting a Republic Bank Contact Center Representative during business hours. If your address has changed recently or you need to send your card to a different address, you will need to contact us directly.

3. Dispute your fraudulent debit card transactions online or using the app*

  • Once your transactions are posted to your account, visit “Dispute Transactions” digital form in the Online & Mobile* Banking Self-Service Center through the Services tab and submit your dispute case. We will close your card and issue a new card to arrive at the address on file in 3-5 business days if you have not already ordered the card using the “Request a Debit Card” form.

**Turning off your card in Card Alerts & Controls only prevents the card from being used, it does not close your card. Recurring transactions will still process. Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting your card as lost or stolen. Contact us immediately at 888-584-3600 if you believe your card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
