If you decide you want to cancel a payment, you must do so the day you initiated the payment.  


1. In your Online Banking Bill Pay, look for the My Payments box next to the My Bills & People I Pay. 

2. Locate the payment you want to cancel in the My Payments Box, and select the red X Cancel icon beside it.


The payment you chose to Cancel should disappear from your My Payments box.  You can double check this action by selecting the "View all payments" link in the My Payments box, and verify that the selected payment was canceled.
